Who we are:
Top Notch Training was established in 2017 to bring firearm training out of the basement and garage and into a brightly lit and upscale learning environment. While many of our competitors classes are filled with hours of lectures, hands-on training is our focus - our students learn by doing and participating.
Instructors
Owner/operator Tom Hammond is a USMC Veteran with a lifelong passion for the shooting sports. With over 7 years experience as a licensed and certified firearms instructor and thousands of students taught, he focuses on hands-on learning and safety.
David Shindle is owner of Maryland Firearms and certified NRA Pistol Instructor and MD Qualified Handgun Instructor.
David Jolbitado is NRA certified Pistol Instructor and MD Qualified Handgun Instructor.
Our Facilities
Top Notch Training currently shares space with Maryland Firearms at 3924 North Point Road in Dundalk, Maryland. We have a dedicated Firearms Training Classroom that is comfortable for our students.
