This 4 hour course meets the training requirements for obtaining the Maryland Handgun Qualification License which is needed for Maryland residents to purchase pistols and handguns.  Topics covered include types of handguns, basic firearm safety, transportation, storage, proper shooting techniques.  This is a very hands-on class in which students get to handle various types of revolvers and semi-automatic pistols.  Fingerprints are INCLUDED in the cost of this course.

This 16 hour course is normally split between 2 to 4 sessions.  It meets the training requirements for obtaining the Maryland Wear and Carry Permit (CCW).  Topics include everything from the HQL class but more time is spent with skills necessary to safely carry a concealed handgun (holster draw, carry methods, situational awareness, use-of force, etc...).  Fingerprints are included.  Electronic Hearing Protection, Eye Protection, Range time, and Ammunition is INCLUDED  in the cost for this class

This is an 8 hour course.  It meets the training requirements for renewing an existing Maryland Wear and Carry Permit (CCW).  Range time and Ammunition is INCLUDED in the cost for this class.  If you choose to bring your own firearm, you must supply your own brass-cased ammunition.
